These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nivvoo Social (“the Application”), a social media content management tool operated by NIVVOO LLC (“Nivvoo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nivvoo Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Description of Service
Nivvoo Social is a content publishing and management platform that enables businesses, brands, and content creators to manage and publish content on TikTok and other social media platforms. The Application is provided by Nivvoo as part of its digital marketing and social media management services.
3. TikTok Integration
Nivvoo Social integrates with the TikTok API to allow authorized users to publish videos and manage content on TikTok. By connecting your TikTok account to Nivvoo Social, you authorize Nivvoo to access your TikTok account solely for the purposes of content publishing as directed by you. Nivvoo does not store or use your TikTok credentials beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when using the Application; (b) comply with TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; (c) only publish content that you have the right to share; (d) not use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you publish through Nivvoo Social remains your property. Nivvoo claims no ownership over your content. You grant Nivvoo a limited license to transmit your content to TikTok on your behalf as directed by you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nivvoo Social is provided “as is.” Nivvoo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to issues related to TikTok platform availability or API changes.
7. Termination
Nivvoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Nivvoo Social at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nivvoo Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
